How many videos do I get each month?
All packages deliver 4 edits per month.
How many videos do I get in total?
Over the first 6-month period, you will receive up to 20 finished videos since month one is set aside for planning.
Can I request longer cuts?
Yes, there is flexibility in how you utilize your two minutes of content per month. For example, you can create a (1) one minute piece and (2) 30-second pieces.
What social formats do you deliver?
16:9, 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1—formatted for all major platforms.
How many still images are included?
These are available upon request and depend on the tier.
Can I roll unused edits into the next month?
Edits reset each cycle; unused slots don’t roll over.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The minimum contract cycle is six months.
Can we add additional content and shoot days?
Yes, we can create a hybrid package using any of the packages as the baseline.
When are my cuts delivered?
Your videos will be delivered on a monthly cadence that will be set with your assigned producer.
Who owns the raw footage?
You hold perpetual rights to all finished assets. We archive the raw files.
Can we supply stock footage or music we’ve already licensed?
Yes—send proof of license and we’ll incorporate it.
Do unused production days roll over?
Production days expire each contract year to keep content flowing.
What project tools do you use for feedback?

Can we downgrade or upgrade tiers mid-contract?
Upgrades can happen anytime; downgrades take effect at renewal.
