Scott Peterson

Chief Partnership Officer

Scott started his career by turning his passion for sports and motorsports into a multidecade career. During this time, he worked for some of the most notable sanctioning bodies, properties and agencies in the country while representing some of the top brands. Scott’s career in sports included IMSA, Daytona International Speedway, The Marketing Arm (an Omnicom Company) and The Specialized Marketing Group (TSMGI). In addition, he was part of representing brands like Rolex, Valvoline, Tylenol and many more.

After nearly 20 years, he left the fast paced world of sports marketing to take on a leadership role with Info-graphics, a Knoxville, TN based company, where he led partnerships and business development. His positive attitude and focus on supporting his partners at all levels helped serve as a catalyst for significant company growth. After traveling back and forth to Knoxville for nearly 5 years, he knew that being more present and focused with his family was a top priority.

Scott is excited to join a best-in-class team at Spiracle Media to help lead the partnerships team and drive positive growth through a focus on partnerships, strategy, and the highest level of customer service.

Scott is originally from Machesney Park, IL and graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI where he double majored in Business Administration and Marketing with a focus on Psychology. He also was a 3-year starter on the Carthage Men’s Golf team. Scott currently resides in Harrisburg, NC with his amazing wife Jaci and his two beautiful girls, Harper and Nora.

Scott is also very passionate about cause related work and after being diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma in 2006 and beating his battle with Cancer in 2007 he set off on a mission to give back. He and his many supporters have raised nearly $1,000,000 for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society since 2007. In 2017 he was honored as the LLS National Man of the Year raising $418,000 in a 10-week fundraising campaign. He has also served on the NC / SC / VA LLS Board, Co-Chaired the Visionary of the Year fundraising campaign, supported Team in Training and Light the Night fundraising campaigns.

After focusing his fundraising efforts on LLS, he wanted to find a way to give back in a bigger way. He set out to become a licensed auctioneer so he could support more causes through benefit auctioneering. He currently is part of Custom Benefit Auctions and supports causes all around the country by serving as Master of Ceremonies, live auctioneering, leading a fund the need campaign and other fundraising support elements.
